The Metropolitan Orchestra, which is now in its 34th season, is a full symphonic orchestra composed of local musicians, both professional and amateur.  Under the baton of Maestro Michael Stratechuk, the Metropolitan Orchestra performs three concerts each year (in the fall, winter, and spring), featuring some of the most popular and beautiful orchestral selections by major composers.

Rehearsals and performances take place at the Center for the Arts, Maurice Levin Theater, Leon & Toby Cooperman JCC, Ross Family Campus, 760 Northfield Avenue, West Orange, New Jersey.
